There are many ways to tell what gender the baby is going to be, the most reliable of course being an ultrasound, though of course there have been cases of mistaken identity in that regard. It is not unheard of by any means. But there are plenty of old wives tales about how to tell. There are some Chinese charts that apparently chart the age of the mother, the month of conception, etc, and they are apparently quite accurate surprisingly enough. But then there are others who conclude that if your acne clears up(and this is assuming you have acne) during your pregnancy, then it must be a boy. My cousin who suffered through acne all pregnancy long had girls, but that’s beside the point. Apparently, the heartbeat surrounding 140 also determines the sex. A heartbeat above is a boy and below is a girl. None of these have been proven by any means. It’s all chance in general terms, especially with the whole acne thing. I’ve actually only had one friend or family member really break out with acne during their pregnancy in general. so the best way to go is just to get the ultrasound and determine it at that point.
